Globally, perineal trauma rates are rising, causing significant harm. The wider impact on economic and social wellbeing is well recognised. We offer an accessible, scalable solution to an underserved problem. Women and birthing people should not have to risk their confidence, continence, sexual pleasure or their lives when giving birth.
